Banking /Field Sales -MP
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to drive sales of banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Loans, and Insurance. The role involves direct field visits to customers and achieving monthly sales targets in assigned areas of Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for various banking products through field sales
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and door-to-door activities
- Explain product features, benefits, documentation, and charges to customers
- Meet assigned sales and cross-sell targets
- Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-up
- Submit daily activity reports and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with the branch team and report to Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in field sales (banking, insurance, finance, or telecom) preferred
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: At least 2 years in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or related)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Comfortable with field work and daily customer visits
