Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and willing to travel as per business requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
