Job Title: Banking Executive / Officer

🔹 Job Summary:
A Banking Executive is responsible for delivering a wide range of banking services, including customer onboarding, product sales, account handling, and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication, financial awareness, and a customer-first approach.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist customers in opening savings and current accounts.
Promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and fixed deposits.
Guide customers on using digital banking services (mobile/internet banking).
Process transactions, update KYC records, and handle service requests.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve queries.
Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.

🔹 Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet banking systems).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Local language proficiency preferred.

🔹 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000/month
