Key Responsibilities:
– Acquire new customers through direct sales and referral channels.
– Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and other services to individuals.
– Maintain a robust pipeline and actively engage with leads to convert them into long-term customers.
– Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and cross-sell additional products.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and customer experience.
– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area.

Requirements:
– Age: 21-32 years
– Education: Graduation in any field
– Experience: 1-2 years in sales (preferably in BFSI or a related field)
– Transport: Bike ownership is essential
