Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager to join our banking team. This role is critical in supporting branch operations, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in banking, a deep understanding of financial products, and experience in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

– Sales and Business Development: Drive sales targets for banking products, including loans, deposits, and insurance, through effective team management and personal sales efforts.
– Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
– Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve branch targets, including setting individual goals and providing regular feedback.
– Branch Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows and compliance with banking regulations.
– Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze local market trends and customer needs to strategize and implement effective sales and service plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Age: 21-32 years.
– Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience (BFSI sector preferred).
– Education: Minimum graduate or equivalent.
– Local Candidate: Must be familiar with the local area.
Vehicle: Must own a bike for local travel.
