Job Summery:
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales of banking products offerings. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable solutions. The Sales Officer will also ensure excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Approach and onboard potential customers for banking products.
- Conduct field visits and engage in direct sales to achieve targets.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Ensure timely reporting and updates on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Experience: 1–2 years in BFSI or relevant sales roles.
- Age: 21–32 years.
- Local candidate Must.
