Job Title: Banking Sales Officer (On-roll)
Location: Anand, Gujarat
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
Salary: ₹2.39 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for bank accounts (Savings/Current).
• Cross-sell banking products like fixed deposits, credit cards, and insurance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Ensure KYC compliance and complete all required documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
• Age: 21 to 34 years
• Freshers welcome
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
• Basic computer skills
