Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving set sales targets. This role requires individuals with experience in sales, a local presence, and a personal vehicle to ensure they can meet clients and cover their assigned areas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the market to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities, leads, and results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: 21-32 years.
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience (BFSI sector preferred).
• Education: Minimum graduate or equivalent.
• Local Candidate: Must be familiar with the local area.
• Vehicle: Must own a bike for local travel.
