Job Overview:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of various banking products such as Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), loans, insurance, and other financial services. The role requires local market knowledge and direct interaction with clients to ensure targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Roles:
- Customer Acquisition: Attract new customers for financial services like insurance, loans, and CASA.
- Meet possible clients by conducting routine work.
- Sales Objectives: Meet the monthly sales targets that have been set.
- Lead generation is the process of finding leads and turning them into profitable sales.
Key Profiles:
– Age: 21 to 32 years.
– Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
– Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales BFSI.
– Location: Must be a local resident.
– Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler.
