Job Description

Position: Banking Sales Executive
Location: Surat
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll
Salary: ₹2.39 – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

🔹 Role Summary:

  • Acquire new customers for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA)
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products like loans, insurance, and credit cards
  • Conduct regular field visits and generate business leads
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (any stream) – Freshers welcome
  • Age: 21–30 years
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork
