Location: Valsad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹2.39 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

🔹Role Summary:
As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting retail banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, persuasive, and looking to start their career in the banking sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Savings and Current Accounts
Cross-sell banking products: Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Insurance, Loans
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and participate in marketing activities
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and report to Sales Manager
Ensure compliance with KYC and bank procedures

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream (Preferred: B.Com / BBA)
Age: 21 to 27 years
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
Freshers and field sales enthusiasts are welcome
Basic computer and smartphone handling knowledge
