Banking Sales for Fresher

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Banking Sales Executive. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell banking products such as Current Account, Savings Account, Credit Cards, Insurance, or Loans
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate information about banking products and services to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company compliance policies 

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation in any stream is mandatory
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
