Banking Sales Manager

Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• In charge of handling calls and customer and sales correspondence on a daily basis.

• Total sales during phone calls

• Just interested and hot leads should be called.

• Needs to be motivated by revenue targets and have a passion for sales and cold calling.

• Provide both new and current clients with regular follow-up.

• Follow up on leads and enquiries consistently in order to increase revenue.

• On a monthly basis, meet goals and follow SOPs.

• Have great communication abilities with others.

• Throughout the sales cycle, closely monitor potential customers and close deals.

• The capacity to function well under the appropriate strain of sales.

• Ensuring team performance while monitoring individual performance on a regular basis.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
