Job Description
Roles and responsibility:
· responsible to handle all customers who walk in branch for service requests/query
· Generating the Leads and close the lead for New Business
· Persistency(revivals) with daily follow ups callings on daily basis
· Handling Video Calling service for NRI services
· Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues
· Chat Process for Non-Walk-in customer Service
· Maintain all policy payments data
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
· Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented and organized.
