Duties and Positions:
• Purchase of a savings account in the designated segment and creation of a reference from the designated catchment area
• Making certain that client acquisition is of the highest caliber in terms of product, segment mix, and constitution
• Activating and onboarding clients via online channels
• In order to help the Senior Sales Manager with branch scoping and catchment mapping,
• Senior Sales Managers and Branch Managers should receive regular feedback on customer needs and opportunities.
• Making sure that sales compliance and the organization’s SOPs are followed
• Purchasing quality products and making sure that all internal and external rules and regulations are strictly followed
• Consistently executing catchment-based initiatives to attract high-quality, HNI clients and establish the bank’s reputation
• Collaborating on important strategic initiatives and often requesting recommendations from current clients
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
