Job Description

Banking Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations of a bank or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of banking sales representatives or officers.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the team is well-versed in the bank’s product offerings and can communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Monitor and assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay competitive.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in field sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree

Compensation:

Typically includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives or commissions, based on sales targets.
