Job Description

We are seeking a proactive individual to expand and strengthen our advisor network by recruiting qualified candidates, participating in community events, supporting advisors in achieving sales targets, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential advisors within the local market.
  • Participate in local events to connect with prospective advisors and clients.
  • Assist advisors in promoting and selling insurance products to meet targets.
  • Ensure recruited advisors meet company standards and contribute positively to team performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: Min of 2 year in sales.
  • Age: 21 to 38 years.

Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
