Job Summary:
The Banking Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of banking products, managing a sales team, and achieving business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Achieve sales targets for banking products
- Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
- Train and motivate the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
