Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Banking Sales Manager (Fresher) to join our retail banking team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Acquire new customers for banking products. 
• Conduct field visits, cold calling, and follow-ups to generate leads. 
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. 
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. 
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. 
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
