Job Description:
The Banking Sales Manager will enhance life insurance sales through bank partnerships, fostering strong relationships, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and managers. 
• Conduct training sessions on insurance products for bank employees. 
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the bancassurance channel. 
• Support customers in understanding and purchasing insurance policies. 
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies. 

Experience and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred). 
• 1+ years of sales experience in BFSI, banking, or insurance. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Target-driven mindset with leadership capabilities.
