Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) customers through direct sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate referrals.
- Identify potential markets and drive customer acquisition in assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitors and customer trends.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 0–2 years of field sales experience in banking or financial services (Freshers with good communication and
- interest in sales may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
