Job Title: Banking Sales Manager – CASA Sales
Job Location: Surat
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) customers through direct sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate referrals.
  • Identify potential markets and drive customer acquisition in assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitors and customer trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 0–2 years of field sales experience in banking or financial services (Freshers with good communication and
  • interest in sales may be considered).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
