Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee a group of field sales executives to increase sales of insurance products.

– Hire, develop, and oversee business development consultants.

– Develop and implement plans to accomplish company goals.

– Track sales results and offer prompt advice.

– Establish trusting bonds with clients and internal stakeholders.

– Assure adherence to legal requirements and corporate policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Must have minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred).

– Strong leadership and team handling skills.
