Job Details:

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Financial Sales
Qualification: Graduate or above
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Location: Across Rajasthan (Jaipur, Udaipur, , Bikaner, , Ajmer, etc.)
Preference: Local candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with bank branch staff to generate business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned branches
• Conduct product presentations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer queries and ensure policy issuance within timelines
• Drive sales through banking partners and ensure business growth
• Maintain accurate reports and ensure compliance with company and bank policies

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management and networking ability
• Sound understanding of banking and insurance products
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and team-driven attitude
