Role Overview:

The Banking Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting banking products such as savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance. The role involves fieldwork, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field visits and leads.
• Cross-sell loans, insurance, credit cards, and other products.
• Promote digital banking services.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of sales experience (banking preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Age: 21–32 years
• Two-wheeler (preferred for field roles)

Salary: ₹15,000–₹26,000/month + Incentives
