Job Summary:

We are hiring a Banking Sales Officer to join our growing team in Jalna. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and promoting banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new customers through field visits.
Cross-sell banking products like savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Report daily sales activities to the branch manager.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (BFSI preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Local candidates with area knowledge preferred.
