Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field sales and referrals
• Sell insurance products to customers
• Maintain and grow customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• 2–5 years experience in Insurance Sales (Agency / Field /Insurance)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ready for field work
