Job Title: Banking Sales Officer
Location: Anand
Job Summary:
The Banking Sales Officer is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers, promoting banking products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves both fieldwork and in-branch activity to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for CASA , FD, RD, and other retail banking products.
- Cross-sell third-party products such as insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in branch-level promotional and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
- Good understanding of banking products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Must Be a Local Candidate.
