Responsibilities

Drive sales through assigned banca partners to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking/insurance solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

Graduation mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in BFSI or banking/insurance sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
