Position: Banking Sales Officer – Banca Channel
Industry: Banking / Insurance (BFSI)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate life insurance business through partner bank branches

• Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff

• Conduct joint customer meetings and close sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth

• Provide product training and sales support to bank staff

• Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–4 years of experience in BFSI sales

• Graduation mandatory

• Good communication and relationship management skills

• Target-driven mindset
