Job Description

Job Role:

Work closely with bank staff to generate business.
Promote and sell life insurance products through the banca channel.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience (Banking/Insurance preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
