Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and energetic Field Sales Officer for our Bharuch location. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client handling, and achieving sales targets. Candidates from the BFSI or similar domains will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work on leads provided by the company and generate business through field visits.

• Meet clients, explain product details, and close sales effectively.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support.

• Prepare daily activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
