Job Overview:

We are hiring a Banking Sales Officer to drive life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel. The role focuses on branch-based sales, customer engagement, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with bank branch staff to generate leads and sales.
Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company and bank policies.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
