Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our banking team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of banking products, maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Roles:

• Identify and convert potential customers for banking products.
• Sell savings accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in BFSI or banking.
• Age: 21 to 32 years.
• Additional Requirements: Local candidates with their own bike preferred.
