Job Description

Job Summary:
The Banking Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business for the bank by acquiring customers and promoting banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts (CASA), loans, and other financial services. The role involves building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets while adhering to banking regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers by promoting the bank’s CASA (Savings and Current Accounts) and other financial products.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets for banking products and services.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and fixed deposits to existing and new customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales: Conduct visits to meet prospective customers, explain banking products, and close sales deals.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are compliant with banking regulations and that documentation is completed accurately.

Key Profiles : 

  • Age 21 to 32 Required.
  • Local candidate Must.
  • 0-2 Years of experience in sales.(BFSI) Prefered.
  • Graduation Mendatory.
