Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring Banking Sales Officers for various locations across Rajasthan to support branch-level and field-based customer acquisition for banking products. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to meet revenue targets under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell banking products like savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, and insurance
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
Onboard new customers and ensure proper KYC documentation
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with branch teams and report daily sales activity
Attend regular training sessions and team meetings
Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational policies

Candidate Profile:
Graduate (mandatory) with minimum 2+ years of sales experience
Preference for candidates from banking, insurance, NBFC, or telecom sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
Result-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Knowledge of the local market and customer base preferred
