BDM – Agency Channel

Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented BDM in Medinipur to build and lead a high-performing team of insurance advisors. You will drive business growth through agent recruitment, field engagement, and target-based strategy execution across rural and semi-urban zones.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents from Medinipur & nearby areas
Implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct joint field visits, performance tracking, and team coaching
Establish relationships with clients and industrial/residential leads
Monitor KPI dashboards and ensure compliance with processes

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI/Insurance preferred)
Strong leadership, training and communication skills
Familiarity with Medinipur’s geography and demographic segments
Age: Preferably below 39 years
