Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Manager to lead and manage a team of field executives in driving sales, customer acquisition, and service delivery for our BFSI products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives and relationship officers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for banking, insurance, or financial products.
- Monitor team performance through daily tracking, reviews, and reporting.
- Ensure high standards of customer acquisition and post-sales service.
- Conduct field visits and audits to ensure process compliance and team productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in BFSI sales
- Strong knowledge of banking
- Excellent team management
- Ability to work in a target-driven
- Strong communication
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
