Job Description
The Field Sales Supervisor in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is responsible for managing and supporting a team of field sales executives. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, guiding the team on customer engagement, and ensuring smooth on-ground operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of field sales representatives
- Plan and execute strategies to meet sales goals
- Conduct regular field visits and provide on-the-spot guidance
- Ensure team performance through training, motivation, and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in BFSI sales or field team supervision
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
