Job Title: Sales Executive – BFSI Sector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales for our BFSI products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships in order to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell BFSI products such as bank accounts, loans, insurance, mutual funds, and investment plans to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, telecalling, and networking.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products or services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive customer loyalty and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and financial literacy programs.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in finance, commerce, or marketing.
  • 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI products and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and traveling as required.
