Job Description: 
Seeking a results-driven professional to support sales operations by driving target achievement, coordinating client communications, and guiding the sales team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance
  • Coordinate with clients and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
  • Assist in training and guiding the sales team
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of sales team

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Must have completed graduation.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
  • Should have a good record of meeting sales goals and handling a team.
  • Must have leadership skills to guide a team and reach business targets.
  • Good communication and people skills to build strong relationships with clients and agents.
