We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of financial advisors to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train financial advisors to build a strong sales team.
- Monitor performance, provide ongoing coaching, and support team members in reaching their goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business reach.
- Analyze customer behavior and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate degree (required).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/marketing in any industry.
- Must be a resident or native of the region for at least 3 years.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
