Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of financial advisors to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train financial advisors to build a strong sales team.
  • Monitor performance, provide ongoing coaching, and support team members in reaching their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business reach.
  • Analyze customer behavior and competitor activity to refine strategies.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate degree (required).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/marketing in any industry.
  • Must be a resident or native of the region for at least 3 years.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
