Job Summary:
The BFSI Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting financial products and service insurance, etc. and achieving sales targets. The role involves direct customer interaction, field sales activities, and relationship building. A Sales Executive in BFSI acts as a key driver of revenue growth by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, cold calling, or digital leads.
- Convert prospects into customers for products like loans, credit cards, insurance, or investment plans.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various financial products clearly and convincingly.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant policies based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow structured sales processes and maintain high conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and changes in financial regulations.
- Share feedback with supervisors to refine sales strategy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
