Job Title: Sales Executive – BFSI Sector
Location: Bangalore
CTC: ₹3.75 LPA to ₹4.25 LPA
Job Type: Full-time (Field sales )

We are hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products and services in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell products like insurance, credit cards, loans, or mutual funds.
• Contact leads and explain products through calls or face-to-face meetings.
• Visit potential customers to understand their financial needs.
• Follow up with interested customers for closure and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect and verify customer documents like KYC and application forms.
• Understand the local market and suggest ways to increase sales.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial products
• Ability to meet targets
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Bangalore area is preferred

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of field or tele-sales experience, preferably in BFSI
