We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused BFSI- Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with company-generated leads, providing expert guidance on insurance policies, and converting prospects into clients through personalized presentations and strategic follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on leads provided by the company to generate sales opportunities
- Explain insurance products and their benefits to potential clients in a clear and professional manner
- Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable policies
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to build long-term relationships
- Schedule and attend meetings with interested clients
- Create customized presentations based on clients’ budgets and financial goals
- Organize and participate in sales visits and client engagement activities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry
- At least 3 years of experience working within your local or residential area
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
