 Job Title: BFSI Sales Manager

Location: Warangal, Telangana

CTC: Up to ₹3.70 LPA + Performance Based incentives

Type: Full-time

 

Job Description:

We’re seeking a BFSI Sales Manager to expand business through partnerships with local agents and distributors. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in  product distribution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard sales partners from financial and retail backgrounds.
  • Guide partners on product knowledge and client acquisition.
  • Conduct joint field visits and monitor conversion ratios.
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and client onboarding accuracy.

 

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of product features and market positioning.
  • Ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques.

 

Eligibility:

  • Graduation in any discipline required.
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in banking, finance, or any industry.
  • Strong client interaction and product training abilities.
  • Candidates from the local area preferred.
