Job Description:
We’re seeking a BFSI Sales Manager to expand business through partnerships with local agents and distributors. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in product distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard sales partners from financial and retail backgrounds.
- Guide partners on product knowledge and client acquisition.
- Conduct joint field visits and monitor conversion ratios.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and client onboarding accuracy.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of product features and market positioning.
- Ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Eligibility:
- Graduation in any discipline required.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in banking, finance, or any industry.
- Strong client interaction and product training abilities.
- Candidates from the local area preferred.
