Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and driven Field Sales to promote BFSI products directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and references.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• 1–4 years of field sales experience
• Strong selling, communication
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Willingness to travel locally for sales
