Job Description
A Branch Banking Manager at HDFC Life is responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of the insurance business within a specific branch or set of branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for life insurance products within the branch, ensuring the branch contributes to the overall growth of the company.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, and other sales personnel to achieve branch sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Develop and implement strategies to integrate HDFC Life’s offerings into the bank’s existing portfolio, ensuring mutual growth.
- Review and monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and prevent fraud or mis-selling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree compulsory
- 2+ year experience in field sales management And BFSI
- Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
