Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and establishing strong client relationships. The role requires hands-on field activities, lead generation, and conversion efforts to maximize revenue growth.
Key Roles:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with existing clients to ensure retention and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, agreements, and feedback in sales reports.
Requirements:
- Age: 21-32 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales roles, ideally in the BFSI sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant sales certifications.
- Bike and License: Must possess a bike and valid driver’s license.
