Job Description
Our company is seeking for Branch customer sales and service manager who is trusted financial institution dedicated to providing top-notch banking services to our clients!
Duties:-
- Develop and implement branch sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Branch Manager.
- Lead and participate in sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product uptake.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer needs, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer service standards and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of customer sales and service representatives.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Candidate requirements:-
- Any local candidate.
- Any graduate.
- Experience:- field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age :- 21 -38 years
