Job Description
– Building and building relationships with branch managers and staff in order to generate leads from them.
– Participation in worksite activities, such as setting up stalls and giving presentations in corporate.
– Close the transaction and follow up on the issuance.
– Raising bank customer awareness of solutions and achieving targeted cross-sell penetration among branch customers.
– Effectively manage the reward and recognition programs launched for bank employees.
– Provide frequent training to bank staff on ideas and new product releases.
